Is it Residential, Semi-Commercial, Full Commercial
Each site has different pre-requisites and appropriate time needs to be allowed for them to be met.
Is there clear access to get in to site, fully set up and operate unencumbered and safely?
We need to be made aware of buried services (storm water, gas ect), over head services (electrical or telecommunications). We are not able to operate in close proximity to some services.
The concrete ordered must be at least 20MPA and a pump type mix (some aren't)
You must also notify us in advance of any additives that are going to be added to the mix, there are precautions we must take with some additives to ensure trouble free pumping.
You are responsible for ensuring that Council, VicRoads and EPA regulations are met.
This includes ensuring that noise curfews are communicated to crews, arranging traffic management where required, protecting footpaths and crossovers and ensuring there is a suitable on-site location to wash out the pipeline and hopper at the end of the pour.
If an offsite washout is required, it must be arranged in advance.
You are responsible for ensuring there is a suitable hardstand to ensure access for the pumping crew and concrete delivery. Should you require us to leave the hardstand, towing/recovery will be at your cost.
A late cancellation fee of $500+GST will apply when reasonable notice is not given regarding cancellation of the concrete pump.
An on-site cancellation fee (equal to the applicable minimum hire charge) will apply when the concrete pump is on-site or in transit to the job site when the pour is cancelled, wrong type of concrete pump is ordered for the job or we are unable to set-up safely.
